Cancellation/Hold Policy

Monthly Commitment

There are no penalties for cancelling your membership. However, you must submit your request 10 days before renewal. Just fill out the cancellation request form, and we will get you taken care of.

Account Holds

Your membership may be temporarily or permanently frozen for the following reasons at the discretion of Koda Native.

  1. Injury or serious illness preventing my participation in any form of fitness class

  2. Moving outside a 20 mile radius of Koda Native

  3. Vacation for 2 weeks or more.

All cancellations and holds must be documented and communicated via email to natalie@kodacrossfitnative.com, NOT by phone or in person.
