Intro Assessment
Take the opportunity to sit down with one of our trainers, discuss your goals and move through a movement assessment. We will work with you to assess your needs, we’ll introduce you to the vibe of our gym, make you feel comfortable, and discuss the “how” and “why” of our training to get you started in the right direction. This assessment is complementary to everyone!
